Business requirement is to keep completion subinventory as blank

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where business wants to default the completion Subinventory from the work definition only. And if completion Subinventory is not specified at the work definition level, requirement is to keep it blank so that production supervisor can fill it manually

Business do not want the default of completion subinventory from plant paramters.

Is this can be achieved?
