Can we add grade field in person criteria under learning initiative?

Hi All,

We are trying to create a learn initiative where person criteria will have to be mapped with Grade but as of now Grade field is not available under person criteria. so, is there any way to get the learners mapped to course using learning initiatives (Person Criteria = Grade)
