Summary:

Client has defaulted all the HCM worker assignment to 1 Aug 2022 and we are not able to create Award with the start date having before 1 Aug 2022, As non of award personnel is visible / eligible for the same.

Requirement - To override the assignment date and create award irrespective of assignment dates of award personnel.
