Can we disable the ability to do Correct or Reverse Terminations in Person Management?

Summary:

I'm pretty sure every knows that Person Management is Classic UI and is no longer supported by Oracle. I recently just built FYI Notifications for Correct and Reverse Terminations and the Workflow Approvals do not work with Person Management and only work when RUX Terminations is performed to do the Correction or Reversal of Termination.

What I am wanting is the ability to disable the Correct Termination or the Reverse Termination within Person Management. I am not wanting to remove that functionality from RUX Terminations. Thus, if these are privileges the removal of them is not an option since it would take away all functionality to perform those two tranactions. I also do not want to remove the Person Management tile from My Client Groups since we still widely use it. My end users don't want to move from Person Management since it is a one-stop shop on a given
