Has anyone come across challenges where a Manager submits a terminate employment transaction for a leaver via MSS, Populates details and attaches resignation letter to the transaction.

When transaction is submitted and workflows to HR Rep for review and processing and HR Rep submits transaction and system processes, the resignation letter and any additional attachments leave attached to the transaction does not save itself on the employee record?

Is there an ability to have attachments save against the termination record that then updates the Work Relationship screen in Person Management? (Ie. if a HR Rep manually processes an employee termination, it is done via Work Relationship screen via Person Management where a resignation is then attached), or is there a way for when the MSS Transaction is processed by HR Rep, a DoR entry is created for the attachments and linked to a DoR Type of Resignation Documents?
