    Unable to preview document uplaoded via HDL

    Summary:

    We mass uploaded pay review letters in DOR using HDL for multiple employees. The HDL completed successfully, but when we try to open them up from Document of record , by clicking on preview it doesn't show up for certain colleagues.

    Is there a way to know why this error is coming and for how many such employees we have this error. Please let us know.
