ProjectTimecardApprovalELA Task not being called when EntryLevel Approval is enabled in Consumer Set

Summary:

I have enabled Entry Level Approval in Project based Consumer Set but still ProjectTimecardApprovalELA Task is not being called and ProjectTimecardApproval task is being called out.

Is anyone worked on Project costing OTL approval rules where time card is weekly basis but time entries need to be submitted for daily and approved and transferred daily basis. I have enabled entry level approval in consumer set still ProjectTimecardApproval is calling out.
