Hello everyone,
After making a Position Change in the "Request a Position Change" task, the changes in the position are not reflected in the UI.
We made sure that:
- The Position was approved by all the approvers,
- The "Synchronize Person Assignments from Position" ESS was run successfully
- The "Synchronization Position" is set to YES
However, even if all the above criteria are met, the changes in the UI are not visible. I can still see the previous value of the position in the employee's assignment.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve this issue?
