Hello everyone,

After making a Position Change in the "Request a Position Change" task, the changes in the position are not reflected in the UI.

We made sure that:

  1. The Position was approved by all the approvers,
  2. The "Synchronize Person Assignments from Position" ESS was run successfully
  3. The "Synchronization Position" is set to YES

However, even if all the above criteria are met, the changes in the UI are not visible. I can still see the previous value of the position in the employee's assignment.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve this issue?
