Inventory organization locations should not be displayed in the Deliver to Location LOV

Summary:

As per our client Organization structure within an Area there are multiple locations and we are defining that area as Inventory Org and the separate Locations as Subinventories. So Inventory ORGs are logical and subinventories are physical buildings in our case. As per the Oracle standard configuration, we also need to define a Location for Inventory Organizations, which in our case is a common location and subinventory locations are specific deliver to locations. Though we are defining both in the Manage Locations task, client doesn't want the Inventory ORG locations to be displayed in the Deliver to Location search LOV
