Access Groups Enablement

We are trying to create a Custom Role, which should be accessible from My Groups section of Vacation Period in BPM Worklist. Even after assigning Access Groups Enablement privilege and running LDAP and Import User program, we are not able to view it in My Groups when setting up Vacation Period. Please can any one help by advising how we can sync this Custom Role to appear in BP

M window, so that we can use it in Vacation Period.
