Application Implementation Consultant role and HCM Application Administrator role

I have a query, user has Application Implementation Consultant role and HCM Application Administrator role attached. I want to know if I remove HCM Application Administrator role from a user then would it remove any access which is not there in Application Implementation Consultant role.

As I researched, Application Implementation Consultant role inherits HCM Application Administrator role but HCM Application Administrator role has some extra DSP's which are not available in Application Implementation Consultant role.

But again would it makes any difference this way as Application Implementation Consultant role has HCM Application Administrator role inherited.
