We've implemented Chat Inlay on our support pages. Currently, we're in the process of translating all labels and automated responses into the local language. We've successfully translated most of the labels and messages using the 'data-oit-config-url' script in the inlay, along with identifying the corresponding message bases in the Service Cloud. However, for the messages below, we're still working on finding a solution for translation. We would appreciate any insights or suggestions you may have on how to accomplish this.
