sourcing category description is not getting updated in the supply plan

Summary:

sourcing category description is not getting updated in the supply plan even the same is updated in the PDH and sourcing category. And, one of the load entity program for the item categories in the collection job set program going into warning status by giving an error - Duplicate record in ODS sourcing category. Can anyone pls help
