This question is about the steps related to divestment (divestiture) scenario- where the certain part of operations or staff is moved out from the existing organization and is moved to other organization altogether or acquired by another organization.
What all are the key aspects including the activities for HR, Payroll and other areas like Learning, Compensation and Performance (Talent) details considering that the data for the defined list of employees is regularly processed within the current organization?
Does this require the population to be moved as Non-worker in current Organization OR should they just be taken off the payroll relationship group to get excluded from payroll runs in future or does that required a separate action?
