How to find SQL query or logic behind the value set attached to the ESS job?

Summary:

Is there a way to figure out how the Asset book list of values are populated when running Create Mass Addition program?

As per below screenshot, List of value source is setup as AssetBookPVO. And we want to see the logic or SQL written for this LOV source.
