Item relationship is not appearing in Replenishment Plan

Content (required):

Item Relationship is collected for all orgs in Planning and appearing in Plan Input. But when we run Replenishment Plan it is not appearing in the Plan. Plan Options include all Orgs and Segmentation has also captured all Items in relationship.

also Use of Related Items Supplies is made as Maximize use of related items to minimize new replenishments, still relationships are not appearing in plan when we check table - Item Relationships.

Please suggest if anyone has faced this issue and managed to resolve it.
