Time reclassification for California state - removing the extra entry from the calculation

Able to achieve the Time re-classification requirement for the CS state but stuck in removing the extar entries coming with 0 values after the report hours calculation.

Hello,

In process of developing the custom time calculation rule FF, we are able to achieve the time re-classification happening based on the business rule, but we are stuck with the extra rows coming in case if Employee records multiple rows in the timecard.

Any help/pointers to vanish this extra row will be very helpful.
