Project Finish Date vs Close Date

Summary: The award is setup for 9/1/2023 – 9/30/23…the Close Date auto-populates 90 days from the award end-date, in this case 12/29/23. The Close Date then populates the Project “Finish” date which is causing our depts to think they have an additional 90-days to spend fund with EI date AFTER the true end-date.

We need the PFM Project Finish date to be the same as the award end-date.
