Skills nexus in Job Profile/Requsition

Summary:

Content (required):

When creating a job profile or opening a requisition with a skills content section subscribed to the skills center, the skills section is not connected to the skills nexus. Instead, it is free text. The idea of a skills taxonomy is to standardize skills, but free text leads to unexpected variations that throw off reporting, AI, etc. you can only access the skills nexus as an employee, but the processes where my skills are analyzed don’t leverage the skills nexus. When will the job profiles and requisitions be attached to the skills nexus when adding skills?
