Error while associating item to inventory organization

Summary: Description null error while associating item to Inventory Organization.

Content (required): Item generates description using the EFF values. There is no issue while generating the description and Item number in master organization. Once item is created, i am trying to assign it to Inventory Organization. Below is the error: Description is Required (EGP-2775621) . System is validating Item Description while assigning item Inventory organization.
