partial editable screen

Hi,

is there an option to define a new screen,

that other developers will be able to edit it ,

but only part of it,

as the screens of learning, journies, "all in one valuation", and others of oracle,

which we can edit only part of it.

can I configure it on the membership tab of the project with "limited developer"?

if so, why that "limited developer" cannot enter the workspace of our shared project?

and last question on this thing -

what is the difference between private project to shared?
