Job grade to be defaulted on Change/Update Position page
Summary:
Hi All,
We have a requirement to default the Job grade present on Job to Position Valid Grade when Positions are updated to avoid mismatch between job grade and position grade. We are using profile option ORA_PER_MATCH_POS_GRADES_WITH_JOB_GRADES_ENABLED to validate the job grade and position grade which shows an error to users if wrong combination of job code and grade is entered on the Position and they will need to go back to enter the correct job code/grade.
It would be a better experience for the users, if job grade would be defaulted when a job is selected on Change/Update Position page.
