How to capture an end date on Individual Compensation element?

Summary: How to capture an end date on Individual Compensation element?

Content (required): I am trying to award compensation to an employee in the form of a sign on bonus. I have selected the Plan and Option. But then I only get a Start Date field. There is no End Date field. We also need an End Date field because the sign on bonus is valid for 1 year. If the employee resigns within the 1 year then the sign on bonus needs to be paid back.
