Data migration

Summary: We have around 2.5 M Inspection records to migrate from EBS to Cloud.


Content (required): We need a way to migrate / store the legacy quality results in cloud for reference pupose.

No action will be taken on these quality results. I am thinking to use custom objects to migrate but that may impact on the performance while retrieving data for one record.


I am interested if anyone has done differently to store data in cloud.


We are trying VBCS add on in excel and we can extract data using Inspection Events but error while uploading the data.

This not business user friendly since many parameters are involved if they want to upload quality results using excel.
