Contract Renewals

Summary:

The Automatically Renew Eligible Contracts and Contract Lines ESS Job is renewing all the contracts for which the Renewal Rule was setup, even after Renew before end date is set to 90 days.

Content (required):

When the job was submitted, the contracts with Active and Expired status were renewed even when the contract end date was back in 2021, 2022.

Also, we are unable to update the Renew before end date field under Contracts - Negotiations and Renewals Tab. (Attached the screenshot)
