How can we remove the "Next" option from Existing Time card screen Classic UI?

As per the requirement, We need to remove the "Next" option (Which directs the user to Review Time card page) from Existing Time card Classic UI and user should be able to see the "submit" option directly at the "Report Time" page only. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
