    How to Customize Absence Approval Workflow Header & Content?

    Summary:

    We want to customize the notification related to Absence workflow. There, the word "Absence" should be opted out for all requisition leave types (ex: Requisition Work From Home, Requisition Outdoor Activity)

    I followed this document : http://www.geek-bench.com/2022/01/how-to-customize-workflow-email.html ) & as mentioned there,

    • "Customize" option was selected after navigating on xmplserver and changed profile value of BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME also to 15
    • Uploaded the RTF file into the workflow notifications report in Custom folder after modifying the required changes.
    • Copied the Data Model into 'Custom -> HCM -> Workflow Notifications -> Data Model' folder

    When testing, changes were not reflecting in the workflow notification even after waiting the more than the required time to refresh.
