Non Worker still counting in the total of All Reports even it is hidden in VS Builder

Hello Good Day!

We have a seen that in Connections Organization Hierarchy, even the field for Non-Worker is hidden in Visual Builder, it still adds to the total number in All Reports of the Employee, Is there a way to change this? and not add the number of Non worker in the the number of all reports.
