There's a way to display a system configuration model hyperlink on a commerce validation rule?

Content (required):

On Commerce we've implemented some validation rule that check about CA values related to model child on a System Configuration.

Use case: we have System Configuration with 2 child models (VOIP-1 and VOIP-2) and on commerce is fired a commerce rule that involve VOIP-1, as shown on figure below (*).

Once that message is fired, we would that VOIP (highlighted on yellow) is displayed as system configuration hyperlink in order to access directly on child model that need to be reconfigured (instead of press Reconfigure and search for it).
