I am not able to see few terminated PPRs in iby_pay_service_requests table

Summary:

Some of the terminated PPRs in the iby_pay_service_requests table are not visible to me. Does this table lack any security or data access?

Despite the fact that there are approximately 15 terminated PPRs when I check the application, when I query the table, I only see 7 records in the iby_pay_service_requests table.
