Using HCM extract and need to have custom alerts in Fusion application

Please note that we are using HCM extract and sending custom alerts(email) related to Probation to employee and line manager for
Business requires these custom alerts in Oracle application. How can we achieve this?? Currently we have only email alerts for Probation and need to have these alerts in app notification.
