    Buttons not displayed on Web Clock page

    Summary:

    Hi,

    We have been using OTL for timecards for a number of years now and have recently started to investigate the use of Web Clock.

    I have completed the below steps:

    • Created Web Clock Buttons via time entry components
    • Created a layout set and added above buttons to this
    • Run scheduled process 'Generate Time cards from time collection devices'
    • Created a worker time entry profile
    • Refreshed HCM groups
    • Created basic time device rule

    The buttons on the Web Clock page are not displaying.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
