RCM VAT Invoice Generation

Summary:We need to incorporate below changes in our existing live business scenario.

1. In case of RCM VAT invoices we need additional AP invoices need to be generated in system for reporting purpose. The self invoice should not be posted to GL only required for reporting purpose.

2. The VAT amount generated for RCM invoices need to be paid to vendors separately. For that we need auto invoice generation in system.
