cycle count adjustment rule at company level

Summary:

Cycle count Adjustment rule is at facility level setup and the rule needs to be configured at screen level parameter for automated approvals to work.

And the Adjustment approval rule does not allow to create with same name in all facilities and it needs to be unique across company/system.

So the client has 56 facilities and is that we need to create 56 cycle count screens for each of the facility to get this rule based adjustment approvals to work
