    Difference between 'In Progress' and "Not Started' status in Learning Record.

    Summary:

    when I try to load almost two similar LearningRecord.dat files (Except LearnerNumber, AssignmentNumber, and LearningItemNumber are different). But when two files are loaded one is showing as 'In Progress' and 'Not Started'.


    May I know what is the difference?
