Puerto Rico tax forms

Hello, We are getting ready to configure our Puerto Rico division of our company into our cloud instance. We would like to know the best practices around this setup. Specifically, we would like to know the following: We are building some custom tax forms (480.C, 480.6SP, etc. -- these are equivalent to a United States' 1099), and we need to include fields such as where can we input the supplier's withholding certificate number, how can we set up an income class for Puerto Rico, what fields can we use to specify which tax form correlates to a specific supplier.
