How to get transfer price rate for intercompany project billing on UI

Summary:

We are doing intercompany project billing transactions and we would like to see the bill rate used on this transaction by UI.

Content (required):

From Manage Project Cost Transaction > Intercompany Billing Folder, user is able to see invoice amount, revenue amount, but rate is not available. In this case it is the transfer price rate, but it´s not available on UI.
