How to change translated values for "Assignment Category", "Grade", "Grade Step"?

We want to change the translation of "Assignment Category", "Grade" and "Grade Step" for some languages in the employment info page. Which Common Lookup Value contain these to allow us to do this?

If there is some other way to do so, please let me know of that as well.
