Hi All, can anyone please guide me how we can get Daily Rates of Fixed Rate Type in Oracle Fusion?

I am navigating to Setup & Maintenance - Manage Daily Rates - Create in Spreadsheet and Only Rate type available are Corporate and Spot. I have 'Fixed' rate type defined but can't load 'Fixed' Rate type. Is there any other way to import 'Fixed' rates in oracle fusion? Any leads will be appreciated.
