Why do end dated BPA lines continue to show as "Open" and not "Expired"?

We have noticed that BPA line items continue to remain in "Open" status, even after all price breaks have been end dated

Why to BPA line items remain in "Open" status after the BPA line and related price breaks have been end dated? Our business would prefer to see these as "Expired" so we can clearly distinguish and trust that these line items are no longer informing requisition/POs in our planning system.

Additionally, why are you unable to end date "Cumulative" price breaks? They are always greyed out and not able to be accessed. Will these continue to operate if it is specifically for a different inventory org, but the main line item is end dated?
