RMCS contracts is already created with previous bill_to account,later the bill_to account is changed

Summary:

If RMCS contracts is already created with previous bill_to account, later the bill_to account is changed on subscription header and line, AR invoice is created with new bill_to account , however the RMCS contract still has old bill_to account. Please confirm if the Bill_to account will change in RMCS contract or not ?
