Field Ticket functionality for BPA/PO

Summary:

Hi Team, Could you please advise if we have Field Ticket functionality which would help in creating BPA/PO specially in cases where PO quantity is unknow when we are purchase orders are created

Content (required):

Client creates 90% of Purchase Orders which are Service based, when creating purchase order quantity of service and which line (from BPA) needs to be requested is unknown. This data can only be known once supplier visits site and completes the receiving/deliver service step.

Do we have "Field Ticket" functionality available to cater this problem?
