For Microsoft Teams integration to work with Learning, you need to create a tenant, register an app, and configure access policies. Do this in Azure Active Directory using your Microsoft E5 account.


Setup up a tenant.

Register app or web API.

Expose scopes in web API registration.

Grant scoped permission to web API. While doing this, be sure to add these permissions:
