Fiddler Smart View trace - Hidden due to stealth NewOrReusedClosedWithoutRequest

Summary:

I have an SR open for a Smart View issue and have been asked to run a Fiddler trace, however something seems to be hiding my traffic. Has anyone run into this before and if so any recommend steps or guidance on reasons that this would be happening?

I am attempting to run a Fiddler trace but am not getting any traffic results from my testing. Turning on troubleshooting in Fiddler revealed traffic but that the sessions are being “Hidden due to stealth NewOrReusedClosedWithoutRequest” and so are not capturing anything that I can save to share in the SR.
