Is Effective Date Disabled checkbox shared to all offerings?

Summary:

 Effective Date Disabled checkbox is selected to other offerings too when I only enabled it on the offering I have created.

Content (required):

When I tried to select the Effective Date Disabled checkbox of specific PVO to capture the historical data, all offerings that uses the same PVO is impacted of my changes.
