Award Budget Task Update Rest/SOAP API

We are looking for a REST/SOAP API to update PPM Award Budgets Task level amounts. We are able to create a new Award Budget version using AwardBudgetAPI and also able to view Task level information using AwardBudgetSummaryAPI . The requirement is to update Task level amount for the newly created Award Budget version. Any help would be much appreciated.
