Non-shippable sale SFO flow is not creating event

We have created a Non-shippable SFO . SO for non-shippable item was billed and closed. However, we could not see any event triggered in SFO for Business event: Non-shippable sales. Is there any other setup that we have to complete in order to get the event triggered?
