FYI Notifications after BPA Approval when loading through FBDI

Summary: When BPAs are loaded through FBDI, we need the system to send FYI notifications to the person who uploaded the data as well as the Buyer.


Content (required): Currently whenever BPA are created in UI and approved, an FYI notification is being sent to both the Creator and Buyer along with BPA PDF. However whenever BPA are loaded using FBDI and approved, the FYI notification is being sent to only the Buyer and not the Creator (or uploader of FBDI file). Is this the standard functionality? Is there any Oracle document to support this understanding?

Is there any functionality by which we can enable FYI notification for the uploader as well when excel FBDI is uploaded?
