How can we configure an absence plan with 12 month rolling period
The entitlement rule is as follows:
Example if a person takes sick leave on 20 sept,2022. The entitlement to paid sick leave would start from 20 September 2023. Any paid sick leave person have had from 20 September 2022 to 22 September 2023 counts towards the 10 days.
