Right Click Menu not surfacing on Tax Automation Rules Screen in PROD

Summary:

I just tried to add a new temporary difference line item account to one of our rules and the right click menu will not surface in Prod. It works fine in Test. Screenshot is from Test. Same menu will not surface in Prod.

The issue happens from Application --> Configuration --> Tax Automation (Manage Rules). I selected a line within the rule I wanted to add a new account and right clicked. This should surface a menu where you can select Tax Automation --> Add Rule. It does not work. First time I have seen this. It still works fine in our Test environment. Anyone else experience this issue / know how to resolve it?
